Italian Job - 4 Part Cooking Experience (Feb - April)
Learn to Cook like the Italians in a special four-part culinary experience at Duck in Boots, in Sudbury town centre.
Under the watchful guidance of Italian born chef and passionate foodie, Giampiero Romani you will learn some of the basics of authentic Italian cooking.
This four-part course will run fortnightly on a Monday evening, as outlined below.

First workshop: Intermediate level pasta making, including gourmet tortellini and gnocchi.
Second workshop: All things saucy - no more bottled sauces from the supermarket - learn how to make tasty Italian sauces from scratch.
Third workshop: Learn how to make authentic Italian pizza and focaccia, from the Sabina Hills.
Fourth workshop: Sweet stuff! Dolci and biscotti - Something sweet to round off an Italian meal or dinner party plus rustic biscuits for dipping in your wine / Vin Santo.
You and just 5 other budding Italian chefs will learn through a mixture of watching and doing - and, of course, eating!
The regular cost for this four-part course is £180 - payable in advance to Duck in Boots.
